Chris Findon is an experienced Health & Safety compliance leader with over 15 years’ experience in the water, testing, inspection and compliance sector. He is currently H&S Compliance Director at 4i Water Services Ltd, where he provides strategic leadership on health, safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the organisation.
Chris specialises in ISO‑aligned management systems, legionella and water hygiene compliance, and embedding strong safety governance within growing and technically complex businesses. Known for his practical, data‑led approach, he delivers measurable improvements in compliance performance, risk management and safety culture.
He is NEBOSH‑qualified, holds an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and is a Technical Member of IOSH and a Full Member of the Water Management Society.
