Water System & HVAC Commissioning

Ensure Your New System is Ready to Connect

Before a new water or HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning & cooling) system can connect to the mains water service, it must pass a series of legal checks to ensure it is safe, operational and energy efficient. This process is called commissioning, and should include:

01

Pre-charging & swabbing

Removing air and debris from the system.
02

Pressure testing & flushing

Ensuring the pipework is sound and leak-free.
03

Chlorination & de-chlorination

Disinfecting the pipework with chlorine, then ensuring the system is chlorine-free.
04

Sampling

Analysing your water quality.
05

Sealing

Sealing the pipe with valves or compression end caps.
