Cara is HR Director at 4i Water Services Ltd and has been an integral part of the business since 2011. With extensive senior leadership experience across HR, operations and business management, she has progressed through key roles including Operations Manager, Director and Company Secretary, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both the people and commercial sides of the organisation.
As a CIPD professional, Cara combines her HR expertise with considerable knowledge of the water treatment and compliance sector. She is a Professional Member of the Institute of Water (MIWater), a Member of the Institute of Directors, an Associate Member of the Water Management Society (A.W.M.Soc) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM).
Cara leads 4i Water Services’ HR strategy, recruitment, employee development, engagement and compliance, working closely with senior leadership to support sustainable business growth. Her operational and management background enables her to bring a strong commercial perspective to HR while maintaining a clear focus on people, professional standards and organisational performance.
